Tag! was born on the sidelines—between flag football games, soccer matches, and cheer practices. After countless conversations about the rising cost of youth sports, declining participation, and the burden of product-based fundraising, we began to ideate a better way.
In 2025, we began building Tag! with support from the Gener8tor and Builders+Backers accelerator programs. Our mission is simple: to help student-athletes raise money connecting with their biggest fans to spark real support.

Joy Moore brings over 14 years of experience in business operations and development at high-growth edtech companies, including Classkick, Apps Without Code, Paper, and Google Classroom. She has led more than 100 website and app projects—including NFL Play 60—and is passionate about using technology to drive youth engagement and innovation.
As a mom of two student-athletes, Joy understands firsthand the financial challenges families face in supporting their children’s participation in sports. With Tag!, she’s building tools that make fundraising easier for teams and families—while also supporting long-term engagement and talent development.
Tag! isn’t just a fundraising platform—it’s a movement to empower the next generation of athletes through the power of story, community, and technology.
